Use the correct route for safety concerns, existing cases, complaints and general enquiries.

• Use the workplace health and safety concern service to report an unsafe work or duty condition.
• If you already have an HSE reference, use the case contact route supplied to you where possible.
• Use the complaints route for concerns about HSE service or administration.
• Use the competent emergency, safeguarding, police or real-world medical route for an immediate urgent risk.
• Do not send passwords, authentication codes or unrestricted evidence through a general enquiry.
