Information-access arrangements apply to recorded HSE information subject to the applicable legal framework and exemptions. Complainant identity, protected personal information, live investigation material, legal advice and information whose disclosure could prejudice proceedings may require withholding.

A request for case action, a statutory appeal and a service complaint should use their proper routes rather than an information-rights request.
