Applying health and safety principles where work is carried out through Roblox, Discord or other digital arrangements.

Roblox and Discord are operating platforms. They can affect how work is organised, communicated and supervised, but they do not create regulatory authority or employment status.

Relevant risks can include excessive duty length, inadequate handover, unsafe use of operational systems, poor supervision, pressure to remain online, inaccessible arrangements, confusing emergency communication or technical conditions that undermine safe operation.

HSE considers the actual work or duty system, the people affected and the available controls. It does not regulate ordinary platform moderation or provider terms merely because they occur online.
