Published HSE regulatory and workplace-safety data.

Statistics must be produced from controlled operational records and publication-cleared datasets. Test records, incomplete intakes and internal working figures are not public statistics.

Published figures should distinguish concerns received, concerns triaged, inspection or assurance cases opened, findings, follow-up, reviews, statutory enforcement and published enforcement records. Definitions and reporting periods should accompany each release.
